I was recently hospitalized here last week, I was a patient at this hospital for about 4d3n and have nothing but great things to say 💯 The entire staff I interacted with were beyond kind, helpful, and made me feel at ease. my doctor and nurses were very professional, kind, welcoming, supportive, and super friendly. The nurses of course gave their 24 hours best care. I remember the night-call nurse always checked and monitored my IV during the night because I was asleep and didn't get to call them to replace my IV when it was already drained. The head nurse always asked for our feedback for their services in the following morning everyday, and yes they took our feedback seriously. The only bad experience I had in this hospital was the administration system. They could improve the administration so that patients no need to wait for almost 5hrs just to get admitted to their room or to be discharged then. I was told by my doctor that I could be discharged on that day in the afternoon. B

I was generally pleased with the hospital’s services. The medical staff were professional and kind, and the facilities were clean and well-kept. However, the experience at the pharmacy was less satisfactory. The process was slower and less organized compared to the rest of the hospital. I believe with some improvements in this area, the overall patient experience could be much better.

Absolutely unacceptable service at the pharmacy. The waiting time is ridiculously long, and the staff, especially the lady with glasses, are outright rude and disrespectful, even to elderly patients and pregnant women. To top it off, the prescribed medicine wasn’t even complete. This is by far the worst hospital experience I’ve ever had. Avoid at all costs.
