I had an excellent experience with my medical check-up here. The nurses and staff were very kind and supportive. I was accompanied throughout each procedure, which made the process both quicker and much more comfortable.

From 5 stars to 1 star.. 5 Feb 2024, Now everything are extremely slow, booking takes 30 minutes, lining up 1 hour, paying 1 hour, waiting medicine 1.5 hour, takes the whole 4+ hours to get full complete treatment. They are saying because of new system, but seems not right, i paid using my own money, not insurance or even BPJS, but if it takes this long, its not acceptable.

The VIP room is spacey, room is clean, the doctor was very kind and can explain in a simplest way possible, overall it was a greeeaaat service, top notch, hats off to RS Sentra Medika
