  I had a very frustrating experience with BIMC Hospital. Before coming, send massage in whatsapp I was informed that I could visit the clinic until 5 PM. Based on that, I drove for about an hour and arrived around 3 PM. However, upon arrival, I was told that there was available at all today and no visit was possible. This is completely unacceptable. If there are no doctors available, patients should be clearly informed in advance — not encouraged to come and waste their time. This shows a serious lack of organization and respect for patients. After such a long drive, being turned away like this is very disappointing. Overall, the experience felt unprofessional and poorly managed.

  This is my fourth time visiting this hospital, and overall my experience has been very positive. The team has consistently been kind, attentive, and empathetic. I would especially like to mention Nurse Davina, who always makes each appointment feel easier and more comfortable. However, I also work in hospitality and understand the pressure that comes with it. That said, in a hospital environment, where patients may already feel anxious or vulnerable, it is especially important to be treated with kindness, care, and respect. Unfortunately, during my visit today, I had a disappointing experience with a member of the reception team, Wiwin. The interaction felt quite cold and lacking in empathy, which made me feel uncomfortable. This stood out to me, particularly given my previous positive experiences and my continued trust in the hospital.   Recently had breast reduction surgery in the cosmetic department.I stayed 2 nights and was very happy with the service. My doctor was Dr. Asti who is very proffesional and skilled. The room was excellent and so was the nursing staff.The food also very good. Follow up appointments were quickly attended to. All in all a good,satisfying experience

  I went for a comprehensive medical check-up. The kindness of the doctors and nurses is beyond words. Everything was completed within 5 hours, and they kept talking with me throughout the entire process. I met with 5–6 doctors, each providing a full consultation about my results. At the end, I received a final, comprehensive consultation as well. I couldn’t believe this level of care was possible — they even provided lunch. I really liked the new clothes I got for the tests.
