Excellent healthcare services. Hopefully, it will become a go-to hospital for treatment in East Bali. I admit there are still some services that could be improved, but overall, the service is very satisfactory. The doctors, nurses, and staff are very friendly and helpful.

Worst hospital ever! My husband and I had to go here because of a motorbike-accident but I wish we had gone somewhere else! They cleaned our wounds so badly that my wound got infected and my husband got an bacterial infection. They even gave me the wrong medicaments. Went to an other hospital and they were shocked when they saw it!!
