  I had such a wonderful time at Cocoon medical spa in Canggu. It was such a calming, clean and professional environment. I was welcomed by Lupi and her team and the front and immediately offered a refreshment. Then I went for a consultation with Dr Tula, who talked me through the recommended treatments that suited my skin type. At no point did I feel pressured to do or buy anything I didn’t want to. We ended up going for the Hydra Facial Cocoon Signature facial, with therapist Ayu. She made me feel so comfortable and checked in on me throughout the treatment, talking me through the different steps and even showing me the expiration dates of the face mask. I feel so refreshed and clean and can’t recommend this place enough! I will be back on my next visit!

  I had my Dermapen microneedling treatment today at Cocoon Medical Spa Canggu and the entire experience was exceptional from start to finish. Dr. Angelina spent around 30 minutes with me during the consultation, carefully explaining everything step by step before the treatment. It was incredibly helpful and made me feel fully informed and comfortable. Her professionalism and attention to detail really stood out. The clinic itself is spotless and very well maintained. Nurse Kathleen was also amazing — the whole treatment process felt very smooth and I was well taken care of throughout. From the moment I walked in, Ria at reception was warm, welcoming, and attentive. I genuinely felt like a princess! I’m very happy with my treatment and will definitely be coming back again next month. Highly recommend!

  Such Beautiful clinic with outstanding service! Will definitely be coming back for any other treatments in the future! The booking process was smooth and efficient, even through WhatsApp. Although it was a last-minute appointment, I received a quick response and was scheduled without any issues. Everyone at the clinic was polite, professional, and genuinely caring. A special thank you to Dr. Brill, Dewi, and Ria—the Doctor, Nurse and Receptionist who looked after me. Your kindness and professionalism made the whole experience stress-free. Highly recommend this clinic!
