  It is impossible to make an appointment. With Dengue and a temperature of 40, I lay in the hall for 40 minutes waiting for the doctor. The girl on the phone picks up the phone and, hearing English or foreign broken Indonesian, just hangs up. And really, if it is not clear, why try, you can just hang up. A receptionist who does not speak a word of English - and does not even try to learn 2 sentences to make an appointment for a patient, and in the center of a tourist village full of foreigners - this is not just stupid, it’s cruel to your patients.

  The most amazing clinic in Bali! I write on WhatsApp about my problem and the doctor is waiting for me in 15 minutes! This helps me enjoy Bali to the fullest without worrying about my health. Super professional and fast service - highly recommend!
