  I do NOT recommend this clinic to anyone, especially for serious dental procedures. In January, I came to this clinic to replace my retainer, which had previously lasted 6 years. After replacing it here, the new retainer broke after only 4 days. I returned, and they replaced it again. Now, in May - just 4 months later - the retainer made by this clinic broke for the SECOND time. Think about that: my old retainer lasted 6 years without problems, while the new one from this clinic broke twice within 3 months. I contacted the clinic beforehand, explained the situation, and we clearly agreed that this replacement would be covered by the clinic because two breakages in such a short period are obviously not normal. However, when I arrived today for my appointment, the doctor immediately looked at my retainer and told me I had to pay 1 million IDR to repair it or 3 million IDR for a new one. I was shocked because the clinic had already agreed to replace it free of charge. The doctor then

  I popped in for a full dental cleaning and had a great experience. A lot of appreciation to my dentist Dr. Ajeng she was lovely. The service was excellent and the staff were sublime! The clinic itself is exceptionally clean and modern, with state-of-the-art facilities. Everything felt fresh, well-maintained, and high-quality. Overall, I’m very happy with my visit and would definitely recommend CS Dental to anyone looking for reliable dental care in Canggu.

  I had a wonderful experience at CS Dental in Canggu. The clinic is very clean, beautiful, and comfortable, which made me feel relaxed right away. The doctor was incredibly kind and took the time to explain everything in detail, showing true professionalism and care. The staff at the reception were also very kind and hospitable. They even provided water and little snacks at the front desk, which made the whole experience feel even more welcoming.
