  We had a truly wonderful experience at Lira Medika Hospital. Even before we arrived, the staff responded to my questions instantly while we were on the way to the clinic. It was incredibly convenient to arrange everything in advance and arrive feeling calm and prepared. The clinic itself is very pleasant, clean, and well organized. The staff are genuinely attentive and caring. My daughter was examined by a doctor, had an X-ray done, and received a clear medical conclusion regarding her condition. The doctors are highly professional, and what I appreciated most is that no unnecessary services were pushed — everything was thoughtful, appropriate, and focused on real care. The prices are not low, but when it comes to health, nothing is more important. A big thank you to the entire team for their professionalism, kindness, and support. Highly recommended.

  Over the last 2 years since opening Lira Medika Kerobokan Bali, has been my local hospital/ health care centre: it has been excellent. I rarely have to go to hospital but recently have had to go many times, I have used them for accidents A& E and routine consultations across various departments and a few ailments and each has been superb. The fantastic building and facilities are all new and good quality and clean but most importantly the staff are excellent at all levels. You are always made welcome and feel cared for at all stages of your journey. In emergencies they take away all worries and quickly support you and then are clear on what they will do. Then they simply do it, calmly and efficiently. The team always communicate clearly and quickly to get your appointments set and then follow through each stage afterwards.   My first experience wasn’t the best, which may have been due to the hospital still being quite new at the time. However, my second visit was excellent. I was attended to quickly, and the staff were kind, professional, and attentive. It’s clear that they are open to feedback and genuinely committed to improving their services. It’s very encouraging to see such positive progress in a short period of time. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

  I recently visited this hospital to consult with an internist, and I feel compelled to share my experience. To be honest, I was initially a bit skeptical before coming in. I had read some Google reviews mentioning that the hospital seemed too focused on payment, especially with the requirement of an initial deposit before seeing the doctor. It made me hesitate. However, when I arrived, I decided to politely ask the staff about this policy out of curiosity. They explained it very professionally and transparently, that the policy was implemented after several cases where patients left without settling their bills. The way they communicated this was calm, respectful, and not at all defensive, which I really appreciated. From that point on, my impression completely changed. The staff were warm, attentive, and efficient throughout the process.
