  Came to get lip filler done for the first time and had an amazing experience! I had been to Mysa before for hifu so knew this was a trusted clinic to do lip filler for the first time. I was really anticipating the pain but really it wasn’t bad at all, Dr.Sinta did a really great job i’m so happy with my lips. I was actually shocked at how good they looked straight after the procedure. Dr.Sinta took time to analyse my lips and explain what she thinks would suit me for a nice natural look. I am obsessed! Every time I visit Bali they are my trusted clinic to go to for treatments. I will be going back again for sure whilst I’m here!

  When I first went to Mysa Clinic for Botox, the procedure was done by Dr. Ester and the results were genuinely great. She was professional, careful, and clearly knew what she was doing. However, during my second session, the procedure was done by Dr. Sri Sinta, and it turned into one of the worst cosmetic experiences I’ve ever had. Because of the incorrect injection technique, I developed a noticeable bulge and distortion between my eyebrows. When I went back to complain, not only did they refuse to admit their mistake, but they also tried to charge me more money instead of fixing the problem. Even worse, Dr. Sri wanted to inject the exact same area again after already ruining it once. After such an obvious mistake, there was no way I was going to trust her with my face again, so I left the clinic. Later, I spoke with Dr. Ester, who indirectly confirmed that the procedure had been done incorrectly and explained that unfortunately no corrective treatment could be done for around 3 mon
