  I started vomiting late in the evening and couldn't sleep at all because of severe stomach pain. Around 4 AM, I messaged the clinic via WhatsApp to check if they were open. They replied immediately, so I headed straight there. The night doctor and nurse welcomed me and provided an accurate diagnosis after a thorough check-up. I already have acid reflux, and it seems overeating spicy/salty Balinese food combined with strong coffee triggered it. Thanks to the prompt care and an IV drip, I recovered quickly. Huge thanks to the staff for their quick and precise treatment. If you are a tourist in Canggu dealing with Bali Belly or stomach issues, this is definitely the place to go.

  I can’t even express how grateful I am for the care and treatment I received. I was feeling extremely unwell, and from the very first contact to the overall approach and professionalism, everything was a 12/10 for me. The staff were incredibly kind, empathetic, and attentive. Both times they came directly to my room to administer the IV, and the Bali belly treatment truly made a huge difference. Once again, a heartfelt thank you — I can only highly recommend them.

  I was having the best time in Bali and then I got so sick. The beautiful lady doctor had the most amazing clear English which was so welcome at this terrible time. I also got a nurse. He was so kind and gentle they came to my hotel room and looked after me for a couple of hours. In my hotel room, administered intravenous drip to provide immediate relief and expedite recovery They took blood for testing left all medication and Instructions in clear written English and accurate diagnosis written report in English with all the necessary paperwork to lodge my insurance claim. With a short timeline, my pathology results again very clear reports provided in English It is a horrible time to be so sick and not at home But I could not of got better care I highly recommend contacting these people if you’re in an unfortunate situation of needing medical attention

  The workers at the medical centre were very helpful and I’m very grateful for their help because the blood test showed that I had a parasite! I was given lots of medication, all with explanations, an IV drip and blood and stool tests. Definitely reccomended it here, immediate treatment and responses on WhatsApp.
