  I am very disappointed with my experience and will not be returning to this clinic. We arrived at 4:00 PM and were still waiting to be called at 7:20 PM. The staff and doctors were kind and professional, so this is not a reflection of them. However, the appointment and queue management system needs significant improvement. Please consider limiting the number of patients scheduled for procedures or managing appointments more effectively to reduce excessive waiting times. Waiting for more than three hours is extremely difficult, especially for baby. Who are more vulnerable and can become tired, uncomfortable, and restless. I sincerely hope the clinic improves its system in the future.
