  RSUD Cilacap provides overall good healthcare services. The medical staff are professional, helpful, and responsive, and the facilities are generally well maintained. The service flow is quite organized, which helps patients feel more comfortable during their visit. However, one area that could be improved is the parking space, especially for cars. The parking area is limited and can be inconvenient during busy hours. Expanding or reorganizing the car parking facilities would greatly enhance the overall patient and visitor experience. Overall, RSUD Cilacap is a good hospital with room for improvement in parking management.

  Very disappointed with the continued cynicism, sarcasm and "tidak apa" attitude of the administrator Iin who sits in front of a computer at the specialist clinic for anak. We have been to the specialist clinic for anak 3 times and each time she treats us and we notice with other parents with the same rudeness and short tempered responses when we or others ask her questions. She looks like a senior nurse there but she is showing that she lacks empathy, compassion and patience (which are all basic prerequisites for a nurse). Perhaps her many years of working there and her seniority has caused her to become rude and disrespectful to parents of anak who are seen by Dr Devi at the specialist clinic for anak. The head of this department should seriously look into her poor attitude and rude behavior. And not just give the standard reply to 1 star reviews to contact so-and-so or which department if we have any grievances (which seems to be the case for 1 star reviews). Just read many of th
