  The Emergency Unit is this mess.. is that a tissue with bloooood????? none tidy up after the old patient left and they put us in the same area without cleaning it first. This is sooo yux...... you can name it.. Oh, in emergency unit they looked after my mom after I complaining for waiting almost 45minutes.. and I saw the staffs gather together, talking and have that kind of stufs Are we a joke to you?

  Room service is pretty good. But, need to improve for administration process especially for BPJS patient.

  For in patient service is awesome, the nurses are so kind, but for out patient service still take a long time,, Toilet cleaniness also worst Parking service for in patient also too expensive

  Couldn't think of any worse than this Hermina in any other cities. My sist had C-Section here and at the end of her stay, the nurse forgot the Antibiotic to be given. As the result, my sist had infection. We couldn't be more disappointed about this.
