  I had an appointment on 28th April at 3 p.m with Dr. SYNTHIA SARI spesialist Kulit Kelamin and after an HOUR late, she was still on her way to the hospital and they told me to wait for another 30 minuets to see her. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL and super disappointed how she really take someone’s time for granted. Please be professional as a worker

  The nurses is really proactive and very good at hospitality. The food for hospital standart actually quite tasty. Most of the queue move quite fast except for admission, probably because they need to check with bpjs and insurance. But the service mostly went smooth.
