This hospital is very crowded and still undergoing some construction. But their overall service is good compare to nearby hospital. IGD give fast response to new patients and so the administration (no need to wait looong time to get room or to get appointment with doctor), kudos for that. The hospital room (for vip and 1st class) is brand new and so good. Nurses and staffs are helpful too but sadly not so much option on doctor. This hospital really need to improve its capacity of waiting room, parking lot and cleaning service because it is still messy. and also please provide a proper canteen too since current one is so meh..

Very slow response to patients. We used the call bell to ask for help, but no one came. Instead, we could hear the nurses chatting and laughing in the hall. All we needed was a simple favor—to change the RL infusion because it had run out. It would have taken just one or two minutes. Their excuse was that they were in the middle of a shift change, but it took almost two hours? That doesn’t make sense. If this was their response to a non-urgent request, what if a patient had an emergency? Would they still ignore the call just because they weren’t ready? A hospital should prioritize patient care, regardless of shift changes I still hope this hospital can improve

Filthy toilet on the first floor of Pandawa Lima building. I better not share the picture. A hospital should have a clean, sanitized, and proper restroom. Afraid that your condition might get worse if you're going to the toilet with this kind of condition. I do understand that this hospital is the facilities for BPJS program, but that should have been thought before agreeing into one of the appointed hospitals. I bet renovating the restroom won't cost as much as a CLA45S Shooting Brake. Might update this if the restroom is renovated.
