    first time treatment at ZAP Cimahi and the service was really great! the nurse and doctor always made sure i was comfortable throughout the treatment. all the staff were super friendly! overall, it was a really good experience 💗

    First time face treatment at ZAP and I’m honestly so happy with the experience! the coolest part is the skin analyzer, so you can actually see your skin condition before the treatment <3 btw dokternya super informatif sampe make sure “ada yg mau ditanyain lagi gaa?” hihi, ners-nya telaten, and also kak Sabil as apoteker super duper ramah. totally worth it! brb 💌

    So after being a client at ZAP Premiere Menteng and ZAP Premiere Bintaro, I just realized the experience there is on a completely different level. Because wow, the frontline service at ZAP Clinic Cimahi is truly… magical. My appointment was originally at 3 PM, then I rescheduled it to 5 PM. I even asked clearly, “Is that okay?” and they said YES. Great, so I moved it to 5. Then they showed up almost 25 minutes late, and when I asked about it, the answer was: “Well, your original booking was at 3 PM. There’s still a patient upstairs in treatment.” Ah yes, of course it's totally my fault for rescheduling to the time THEY approved. Hilarious. Twenty minutes of my life well wasted. If the slot was already full, they could’ve just said, “Sorry, we can’t reschedule you to that time.” Boom! problem solved. But nope, let’s just blame the client for rescheduling. What a service. A perfect 5 stars… minus 4. So yeah, a strong 1 star. Bravo Zap Clinic Cimahi.
