I would like to express my sincere appreciation to the entire Emergency Unit team at RS Hermina Ciputat, especially the Padma ER team, the administrative staff, and all the nurses on duty. The service provided was excellent, fast, and very attentive. From the smooth and helpful administrative process to the professional and caring medical treatment, everything was handled very well and made us feel more at ease during a difficult time. A special thank you to Mrs. Titin for her kindness, patience, and genuine care. Her warm and empathetic attitude truly meant a lot to us and made a big difference. Wishing all the team good health and continued success in providing the best care for the community.

⚠️👎AVOID THIS HOSPITAL👎⚠️ The service was very disappointing. The administrative process took too long, coordination between departments was unclear, and patients did not feel prioritized. The staff seemed unfriendly and unresponsive👎👎👎 Extremely inefficient 👎👎 Waiting from the cashier to the pharmacy can take up to 2 hours, and the whole outpatient process easily wastes 4–5 hours 👎👎👎 “satisfaction survey” is a scam because they ask for your medical record number 👎👎👎 👎👎👎 If you have enough money, don’t choose this hospital 👎👎👎

Unhelpful nurses and administrative staff It took weeks to complete the administrative paperwork—we had to ask for help from a doctor we knew internally just to get it followed up. At discharge, we were only given a receipt, without any proper medical records, lab results, or documentation. When we tried to follow up afterward to request this information, we were told to contact them via WhatsApp in advance. However, when we did, there was no response. When we came in person, the nurse checked her phone and simply said, “Okay, please wait, we will prepare it.” Multiple needle insertions were required just to set up the IV, to the point that blood was spilled on the bedsheets and floor. When we asked for it to be cleaned, there was no follow-up. The hospital is also dirty and poorly maintained. The doctors’ service is inconsistent—some are quite informative, but others provide no updates at all, saying that information had already been given in the morning (even though there could clear
