  Third times laboring in this hospital and their keeping better. Good job for the management to made the nursery room is more convenience than before, last time I visited on June 2022. Please keep up the better service! Nevertheless, long queue is still and always be the issue😅

  The doctor’s service was extremely unsatisfactory. I had an appointment scheduled for 9:00 AM. however, the doctor did not attend the appointment until 10.30 AM. This reflects a lack of professionalism and responsibility. I ended up waiting for nothing and eventually had to cancel the appointment. I do not recommend seeing Dr. Dian Farikha, Sp.M. or else maybe? so whats the point of “booking” then??

  Update 25 May 2026: I've been to Hermina since 2019, but he worst hospital in South Tangerang still goes to Hermina Serpong. At 10:00 PM night, patients still waits uncertainly in pharmacy.

  The service at the hospital was good. I was treated by Dr. Sema and Nurse Dede. They were very kind, patient, and professional. They took good care of me and explained everything clearly. I felt comfortable and safe during the treatment. Overall great hospital. Thankyouu
