  My wife had an appendectomy and was hospitalized at Permata Pamulang Hospital from March 15–17. Overall, it was a good experience. The medical staff were responsive, attentive, and communicative, which helped me and my family feel at ease throughout the process. The surgery went smoothly, and the recovery was well monitored. I stayed in Room 311 (Amarylis), which was clean, comfortable, and supportive for rest. The facilities provided were adequate for patient needs. Thank you to all the doctors and staff for the great care.

  For a new hospital, I must rate 5 stars as the doctors n nurses in the ER are very compassionate n patient. I had to go to the ER for a freak accident which required a vaccine n medication. As U all can see from the picture, nurses Sri n Reva made me smile after treating the pain I had, meanwhile, dr Riza who firstly checked me couldnt be in the picture as he already attended other patients promptly. Thanx so much 🙏 #spreadkindness
