    At a glance, it a modern hospital with new building and natural theme. Inside building there is a garden with real tree and a fishing pool. I think they try very hard to achieve green theme hospital. Patient registration can be done use self service Station located at the lobby. Large touch screen platform available to be use for patient registration. Room is ok, it accept government and private insurance. But i can not comment about their service, we were visiting family being taking care here. one thing we experienced was when we got lost, entering wrong area, staff seems does not care about us, they just let us in the wrong section, that is already closed that night. clearly some security issue here. Should be more alerted with people and helping them. At ground floor there is some convinient store and several well known restaurants franchise such as dunkin donuts, California fried chicken, etc. Parking area is ok, we have no trouble finding parking spot.

    Probably the best private hospital in Cirebon. Lot of rooms, good service, and there are a lot of food counter in the ground floor :)

    Usually my family and I are satisfied with the doctor's service. But because of a misunderstanding and one of my family members has explained what happened. But the neurologist immediately accused my family of violating the rules (without evidence) and told my family to go home impolitely. My family paid using the general method(no BPJS or els), but was treated like a beggar, who dont know anything🥲. You should have known that sick people go to the hospital to get treatment, not to get sicker and sicker because of poor service.
