    Honestly, this is the best hospital I’ve ever been to. I came in with a rapidly inflamed elbow and was genuinely worried. The team handled everything incredibly professionally and calmly - blood tests, specialist consultation, fluid aspiration, clear explanations, follow-up plan, and constant attention to detail. You can really feel the level of care and how much effort was put into building this hospital and training the staff. The facilities, organization, communication, and overall atmosphere are on an international level. Everyone was kind, attentive, and genuinely reassuring without dismissing my concerns. What impressed me most is that now I feel much more comfortable being on Bali, because I know that if something serious happens, there is a hospital here where I can truly trust the doctors and receive high-quality care. Huge respect to the entire team at Bali International Hospital.

    Heartfelt thanks to a wonderful team. I cannot recommend this hospital enough. Beautiful like a 5 star Hotel and with best workers ever. After being let down by another clinic here in Bali, I finally found doctors who are not only professional but also deeply human. A special shout-out to Dr. Mira Dewi and Dr. Made Mulyawan. While many places here just look at you as a paycheck, this hospital focuses on your health and recovery. Thank you for everything.

    We arrived at the BIH Sanur ER with multiple rib fractures, and my husband was taken care of immediately. The efficiency and professionalism were a breath of fresh air during a very scary time. We were incredibly lucky to be treated by Dr. Ni Kadek Sulistyaningsih (Sp.BTKV). She is an exceptional Thoracic and Cardiovascular surgeon who truly took her time to explain every option for my husband’s rib fractures. She empowered us to make an informed decision and made us feel completely comfortable and safe under her care. We just finished our one-week follow-up session with her and the progress has been excellent. This facility is absolutely top-notch by any international standard—modern, clean, and highly organized. As residents of US, we were also stunned that this level of excellent care was available at a mere fraction of the cost we would pay back home. If you are a traveler in Bali like us, I highly recommend BIH Sanur. We are grateful to Dr. Sulistyaningsih and the entire ER team!

From the moment I entered, I was genuinely impressed. This is a brand-new hospital and it shows in every detail, the building is stunning, modern, and beautifully designed, giving more the feeling of a high-end hotel than a medical facility. What stood out even more, was the extraordinary level of service. From check-in to the final consultation, I was welcomed and cared for with the warmth and grace only the Balinese people can offer.
