    Wow as a traveler i just visited ENT Doctor, warmly welcomed and quick registeration and like in 10 mins doctor time and quick service.. Doctor A A G Bawanegara such a nice person, soft spoken and did his job with his hands… and above all very cheap and nice clean environment. Usually tourists go to International Hospitals which are too expensive… highly recomend it to tourists especially those without Health Insurance . Inspired by this Public Hospital services, i frastructure and staff

    The administration staff, reception team, and nurses were all kind, professional, and genuinely caring. They were the highlight of my experience. Unfortunately, I cannot say the same about my experience with the doctors. I have multiple complex, long-term medical conditions, and I left feeling that my overall health picture was not fully taken into consideration. I also found some consultations dismissive, and at times I left feeling more fearful than supported. As a patient living with chronic illness, being heard and having all aspects of your health considered is incredibly important. The nursing staff and administration team deserve recognition—they were consistently compassionate and helpful throughout my visits.

    Not a good place to go in an emergency. Incompetent radiologist. Wife came in to a very empty IGD here (physician had no distractions) after a fall on a dark Sanur street, 1 am. She was bleeding on leg and arm and in pain. X rays taken, radiologist said no fracture, you can leave. My wife asked if she could at least get some wound treatment, clean it up and dress it. But the physician said, tomorrow you can come to the Polyclinic for that. There was no other patient in the department. They couldn’t even clean her skin?! So my wife went by taxi to Sanur’s 24 hour pharmacy, bought her own bandages and ointment, did the best she could to clean and dress her arm and hand and leg bloody scrapes by herself. She was in such terrible pain over the next two days (a weekend) that she asked her chiropractor on Monday to have a look at the Mandara x-rays. He IMMEDIATELY spotted a fracture in the humerus (it was very obvious) and he gave her a sling (none suggested or offered by Mandara IGD) and to

    Very complicated administration. I need to book appointment immediately for urgent needs. I tried their whatsapp since saturday and no response! They say since I dont have insurance i cannot make appointments via website. I already went to hospital directly too but they still say to make it via whatsapp. Very very bad service. Typical indonesian government service, third world country service
