I joined the First Aid Training at BIMC Hospital Kuta and it was very useful. The session was clear, easy to understand, and practical. The instructor explained everything well and was very helpful. Thank you for the great training experience. Highly recommended!

I loved my experience here. The nurses were amazing, and the doctor was excellent. To be honest, my insurance covered everything, so I can’t comment on the costs. What stood out the most was how supportive, helpful, and caring the nurses were throughout my stay. I stayed for four days, and they helped me with everything from eating and using the toilet to showering. They made a difficult time much easier, and I’m truly grateful for the care I received. Thank you to the entire team at BIMC Hospital.

As a parent, I am deeply disappointed by my experience at this hospital. My child was admitted with a high fever (above 38°C). Upon arrival, I informed the staff that my child was running a high fever and needed urgent assessment in the Emergency Department. I explained that my child had previously experienced IV infiltration in the same hand, and I requested that the IV site not be completely covered with full bandaging so that it could be monitored more easily. Instead of addressing my concern professionally, one of the nurses responded with a remark along the lines of: "If it were my child, I wouldn't want their hand being repeatedly poked with needles because the IV came out." As a parent raising a legitimate concern based on a previous complication, I found this response dismissive, judgmental, and lacking empathy. Th
