  Talk To the Registration Counter have to be careful, they can add wrong phrase or words from our explanation that she will translate wrong to the other nurse, and make us look bad. The point is that ladies who sat on the Register counter who answer phone, receive registration and talk to the patients, have to learn much more about hospitality, especially she is the first face any future patients who enter the clinic.
