  I cannot thank the team at InMedika Hospital enough for the exceptional care I received during a very frightening emergency. From the moment I arrived, every member of staff treated me with kindness, professionalism, and genuine compassion. I required emergency surgery, and I was incredibly grateful to have two plastic surgeons perform the procedure. Their skill and attention to detail gave me so much confidence during such a stressful time, and I am so thankful for the care they took. I stayed overnight in the hospital, and the experience was excellent. The nurses and staff checked on me regularly, made sure I was comfortable, answered all of my questions with patience, and were consistently warm and caring throughout my stay. They made what could have been a traumatic experience feel safe and reassuring. I am incredibly grateful to everyone at InMedika Hospital for the outstanding medical care and genuine kindness I received. I would highly recommend this hospital to anyone seekin

  RS Inmedika in Denpasar is a brand new facility offering medical care at the highest level. Let's face it coming to a hospital in a foreign country in an emergency is a stressful situation to begin with but the staff were just absolutely lovely. From the level of care to the professionalism and attention to detail, we were honestly sad to leave. We felt like we made new friends. So much so that in our next trip to Bali, we will stop by to say hello! Notable mentions to all the nurses, Doctors, Jenny the liaison head and the fantastic IPAC team headed by Savira. We can only wish that we can receive this level of care back in Canada where the standards are already high Claire and I miss you guys!

  I came to this hospital after a scooter accident. I had three broken bones in my leg, needed surgery, and stayed in the hospital for 5 days. The surgery team did a great job, and the nurses were incredibly helpful, caring, and supportive throughout my stay. I am truly grateful to them for taking such good care of me. The reason I am giving 3 stars is because of the insurance department. Unfortunately, my experience with them was very frustrating. The communication was complicated, confusing, and every follow-up became unnecessarily difficult. Even after leaving the hospital, I had to continue dealing with insurance issues almost every day. Because of this experience, I decided to continue my follow-up appointments at another hospital, even though I was satisfied with the medical care. If you are paying in cash, I can recommend this hospital because the medical team is excellent. However, if you are planning to use your insurance, I personally would recommend avoiding it, as dealing

  I had the unexpected experience of being a patient at RS Inmedika Denpasar for 5 days after being helicoptered in from one of the Gili Islands with difficulty breathing. It was a very scary time. However, EVERYONE at the hospital was beyond outstanding, from Jenny, the leasion head who met us as we arrived, the Dr's, and Specialists and the team of nurses were phenomenal. Savirah the ipac insurance liaison officer made dealing with our insurance company back in Canada so much easier. Every step of the way was explained to myself and my husband and nothing was too much trouble. This wasn't the way our vacation was meant to end yet it was a wonderful experience that I will never forget ( the illness part wasn't the best !) By the end of my stay at this incredible hospital it began to feel like home and I was staying with a family, sure I wanted to leave however I actually felt sad to leave such beautiful people that had taken such good care of me, I honestly will miss them all.
