  I had a really positive experience during my stay at the hospital. From the moment I first went to the emergency room, everything was handled smoothly, and the entire process, from ER admission until I was settled into my room, felt well-organized and efficient. This made a stressful situation much easier to handle. The doctors and nurses were incredibly kind, attentive, and genuinely caring throughout my time there. What stood out the most was how helpful the medical team was. The doctors explained my condition and treatment in such simple and easy-to-understand words, which really helped me feel calm and informed. The care I received felt both efficient and well-considered, which gave me a lot of confidence in their expertise. Overall, I’m truly grateful for the kindness, professionalism, and excellent care I experienced during my stay.

  Everyone was very polite, professional, and friendly. I was able to book my appointment online via email in advance for my visa health examination. Everything was very clean, discreet, and routine like a medical exam should be. Dr. Laksmi was very kind and helpful.

  The service is the best and compare with other hospital i’ve ever experienced, kasih ibu team is very friendly, smiley, never show any stress face like other hospitals. The nurses are very care and extra mile delivering their service to the client. Even though the hospital not that big, but its clean and well maintained .
