  Amazing eye clinic ! I attended 4 times over the space of 10 days with a severe eye infection. I received amazing care. I felt safe, listened to and reassured the whole duration. I met with both Dr Eka and Dr Anak both excellent and all the nursing, reception and pharmacy staff were equally just as kind and accommodating.

  The team at JEC has given me absolutely stellar treatment over the last couple of years throughout the deterioration of my eyesight. Their staff are just amazing from front desk through lab technicians, doctors and nurses. They have world class equipment and well trained staff to help with diagnosis. Eventually I needed surgery and felt safe and well cared for throughout the entire procedure. My eyesight now is 1000 percent improved which has been completely life changing, especially as my career is in photography. Their personal service and kindness is exceptional. They even played birthday music for me during the surgery as it was the only date that worked for my schedule. I couldn’t recommend them more highly!! Thank you so much to the entire team.

  Visited for a routine eye exam and a new prescription for reading glasses. I have a unique vision problem that causes double vision when reading and the technician was able to find the right corrective lens after a thorough exam. The ophthalmologist was also thorough although the testing was very brief. I was given the prescription for new lens before leaving, but had to email the clinic the next day to get the ophthalmologist report. But it was promptly sent to me electronically.

  If I could give a zero I would. I made an appointment and travelled there by taxi to a clinic that was closed. Wasted my day and taxi fare. I was thinking that the issue would be resolved today then I find out they aren’t even open for another 3 days. Absolutely ridiculous and very unprofessional. Totally destroyed my last day in Bali. How could you make an appointment for something as critical as someone’s sight when you had to have known the clinic wasn’t even open and continually tell me the clinic was open. I even went for a coffee thinking it didn’t open until the appointment time. And you kept telling me it was open and the appointment was still on and then told me you would cancel the non existent appointment. Crazy. Avoid this clinic like the plague . I will be reporting them to the appropriate professional association.
