I was admitted with extensive burns, and the medical staff did everything necessary for my recovery.   I stayed in Flamboyan for 5 nights. As a foreigner (Bule) living in Indonesia and insured through BPJS, I had a very positive experience. The nurses and doctors took excellent care of me throughout my stay. Of course, there were a few moments of misunderstanding because of the language barrier, but that could happen anywhere. The doctors were wonderful, and I especially want to mention the lovely nurses Sasri, Sri Rahayu and Mila for their kindness and support. They made me feel safe, cared for, and truly well looked after. I also appreciated how efficiently and quickly the team was able to identify the cause of my condition and begin treatment. In the end, my hospital stay was smooth and uncomplicated, which is not always something I’ve experienced as a foreigner. Thank you again to everyone involved and please stay healthy too! ❤️

  I gave birth in Bougenville on the 4th floor, KIA building and overall it was a wonderful experience. Before delivery I visited the hospital to see the rooms in advance, and I was genuinely impressed. The maternity suites are beautiful, very new, clean, and thoughtfully designed. I chose the room where you can give birth directly inside the suite, which made the whole experience feel much more calm and private. The room was extremely comfortable and well equipped — it even has a small kitchenette, a wardrobe, a comfortable bed, and a private bathroom with shower. Everything felt modern and fresh. Out of the hospitals I visited in Bali, these were definitely the newest and best-equipped maternity rooms I saw. My delivery was with Dr. Hariyassa, and everything went very smoothly. I’m deeply grateful to Arni, who helped me with organisation throughout the process, and to the whole medical team who supported me: Dr. Mully, and the wonderful midwives Anya, Komang, and Helen and others wh

  I’m truly grateful for the care my baby received at the NICU and NHCU (Daisy Room) at Ngoerah Hospital. My baby was born prematurely and stayed there for 75 days, and throughout that entire journey, the support we received was incredible. A special thank you to Nurse Made Rustini and Nurse Hepi, who were especially kind, attentive, and supportive in taking care of my baby. They always made us feel reassured during a very stressful time. That said, I also want to appreciate all the nurses and midwives in the NICU and NHCU—they consistently showed genuine care, patience, and professionalism. The doctors team was also amazing, providing clear guidance and doing their best for our baby every step of the way. Thank you for helping our little one grow stronger every day. We will never forget your dedication and kindness.
