    I am incredibly grateful to RSIA Puri Bunda Denpasar, especially to Dr. Maya Prayoga, the laboratory team, radiology department, reception staff, and cashier team for their outstanding professionalism, kindness, and support!! I was extremely anxious before my visit because I previously had very traumatic medical experiences in Japan. In fact, I came to Bali specifically to complete a full women’s health check-up here, undergo important testing, and consult with Dr. Maya regarding pregnancy preparation.🙏🏻 Dr. Maya Prayoga was absolutely wonderful — kind, attentive, highly professional, and incredibly reassuring. She answered all of my questions clearly, understood my concerns completely, and performed the examination gently and without pain, which meant so much to me.     Really wonderful experience. Dr Vika was kind and considerate through all of my appointments and made the c section experience calm and as relaxed as possible. Midwife Ari Sukma came to our house and was fantastic! Calmed my baby who had a nasty flu with a massage. Guided us expertly on how to properly bathe and care for our sick baby and even gave me a much needed massage- brilliant service!

    I had a great experience overall at Puri Bunda Denpasar. The staff were very helpful and supportive from the beginning, which made the whole process much more comfortable for me. I used BPJS benefits and decided to upgrade to the Supraba room. While I was a bit disappointed because the room facilities were slightly different from what was shown, it didn’t take away too much from the overall experience. The medical care was excellent — I was handled by Dr. Sri, and I’m very grateful for the treatment I received. Amazingly, the day after delivery I was already able to walk and felt minimal pain, which really exceeded my expectations. I also want to highlight the home service from Bidan Tia. She was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable, patiently teaching me how to bathe my baby and giving me useful tips on feeding as well as how to take care of the umbilical cord after it falls off.     Been here for 3 days straight All the staff, nurses and doctors are very helpfull, the administrative were helpfull Besides the VIP room we stayed were very comfy just like a hotel both for the patient and family ❤️
