  I am writing to formally report the conduct of dr. Haya Harareth during a recent consultation at your facility. This experience was not only distressing but profoundly unprofessional, falling far below the standard of care expected of your institution. For five years, my wife and I have navigated the long, difficult, and emotional journey of trying to conceive. This is not a short period, and every clinical visit carries significant weight for us. We arrived with cautious hope, seeking guidance during what should have been a sensitive medical milestone. Instead, were met a question that less like a medical assessment and more like an unwarranted interrogation. When my wife expressed surprise at the pregnancy, dr. Harareth asked her no fewer than four times whether she had been involved with another man.   I would like to express my heartfelt gratitude to RS Bhakti Rahayu for providing exceptional care and comfort during my hospital stay from July 10, 2025, for 3 nights. The room was remarkably clean, neat, and well-furnished, making me feel at ease despite my condition. The staff, from the nurses to the housekeeping team, were incredibly friendly, caring, and helpful. Their professionalism and kindness made a significant difference in my hospital experience. I would also like to extend my special thanks to dr. Nanda, S.PD, my attending physician.   I visited this clinic with my 5 year old child. The prescribed medications did not make the child feel better. We went to another clinic and the doctor said that the previous doctor had exceeded the dose several times. This is the reason why we now need to check the child's liver and kidneys. The prescribed medications are in the photo.
