Excellent service in the ER. I came in and Dr. Hendra and Dr. Faqrizal saw me very fast. They did a Great job , from medical plan and Treatment options. Also the nursing staff was good. If you feel ill, come here.

Bad service, I registered and waited a long time but suddenly the referring doctor didn't have a schedule. 👎. Discrimination in BPJS services compared to paid services — I had to wait a very long time when picking up medicine, and several times I couldn’t use the BPJS services.
