  Good parking staff for helping us to find vacant lot! The hospital staff here is very helpful and also nice to visitor. Maybe can be paying attention to a minor issue like sanitary hand wash gel to be refilled as I found it was empty when I tried to clean my hand palm..just minor finding. Thanks

  Doctors are friendly and service is good until we got to the pharmacy. The girl in the pharmacy is VERY RUDE and IMPOLITE. Even denied the prescribed medicine to us. My dad was in pain and they literally denied the drugs that their own doctor prescribed us. WILL NOT RECOMMEND!!!

  Very bad service especially the doctor incharge tonite (women) on UGD and it's enough to pay IDR 115.000 just for her service, wouldn't come again and not recommend for any urgent matters
