  Very disappointing experience. Despite receiving multiple confirmations through customer service, written communications, and verbal discussions, I arrived for my appointment only to discover that the booking had not been properly arranged. The staff eventually offered a solution, which I appreciate. However, what was most frustrating was the apparent lack of consideration for the impact this situation had on my day. Being asked to wait several additional hours may seem minor from an administrative perspective, but for patients it can have significant consequences. I have a young child, a business to run, work commitments, and family responsibilities. I carefully organized my schedule around this appointment and took every possible step beforehand to ensure everything was confirmed. Because of the hospital’s booking error, I lost valuable time, disrupted my entire day, and experienced unnecessary stress.   Reckless medical practices and toxic, money-driven administration ❌🤰🏽 I had an absolutely appalling and deeply traumatizing experience at Siloam Hospitals Denpasar (Sunset Road). I was rushed to the ER at 2:00 AM on Saturday morning, 24 weeks pregnant, experiencing uterine tightenings. Instead of prioritizing patient care, safety, and diagnostic accuracy, this hospital proved to be purely money-driven and medically reckless. Initially, a nurse stayed with me to monitor if I was having active contractions, and I had absolutely none during that monitoring period. Despite my uterus being completely quiet and showing no signs of labor, the medical staff still aggressively pushed to inject me with high-stakes medications—including heavy labor-stopping drugs and corticosteroids—before they had even performed an ultrasound or received my blood and urine laboratory results. They were determined to pump my system with dangerous drugs without any physical or diagnostic justification. Because

  Normally I would love to give 5 stars but this time i stay with 4 stars as after my MCU end of March 2026 ,the follow up teleconsultation not working until today. The link that they sent bring you nowhere to even make an appointment for a teleconsultation. i wish they will still try to contact me so I could get my teleconsultation. Otherwise the other medical service here is a 5 stars.
