  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Five-star service from this clinic. I visited on the first day of 2026 because my child was sick, and the experience was excellent from start to finish. The staff were kind, responsive, and very helpful. Dr. Sasi examined my child gently and explained everything clearly, which really reassured us as parents. After the lab results came out, they even helped deliver the medication directly to our hotel — truly going the extra mile. Now that I’m back in Jakarta, I needed some documents for insurance purposes, and the clinic staff were very supportive in helping fill them out and sending them to me promptly. Highly recommended if you ever need reliable and compassionate healthcare.
