    just don’t ever come to this hospital when you really need it. they have a very slow service, and the nurses? LOUD! this is a hospital and they are chatting around, laughing just like in the kindergarten. i was waiting for the medicine for almost 2 hours while the conditions were not very crowded. i just don’t know, there’s something that need to be changed from this hospital. mind you, this is not my first time and i have the urge to really write this review. the only thing i’d come to this hospital just because it’s close to my house. the other thing? not worth your time and energy.

    Very professional service was given on the Executive level 4 floor. All nursing staff were excellent as too the doctors. Thank you for caring so kindly for my husband over the 4 day period before and after his operation.

From the moment I stepped in, the registration staff greeted me warmly, and the nurses and doctors were not only professional but also incredibly kind and attentive. So professional, humble, and patient in explaining everything in detail. His approach made me feel comfortable and well cared for. Honestly, I wasn’t expecting this level of care because I had an unpleasant experience at Surya Husada Denpasar before. But Ubung completely changed my perception! It’s refreshing to see a healthcare facility where patients are genuinely cared for. Thank you to the wonderful team here. 💛
