    Good clean new building block. Bad docs, made mri didn’t see the snaped muscle in my shoulder… to do a service (make money) they just done acupuncture therapies! I needed a surgery!!! But the docs didn’t see the problem! Had to go to another doc, different hospital! They saw it! 6 month of torture cuz of bad doctors

    Disappointed with the service at Surya Husada Hospital. I made a reservation on April 15th for a dental appointment for root canal treatment and was given a schedule for April 22nd, meaning I had to endure dental pain for a full week. Then, just one day before the appointment, they informed me that the doctor would be unavailable due to religious holiday, and rescheduled my visit to May 1st, more than a week later. I fully respect and understand the cultural holiday, but what’s frustrating is that there was no prior notice or announcement on their website, nor did they pause or block dental registrations during that period. Patients should’ve at least been given the chance to book elsewhere. When I called the customer service, there was no apology, just a casual message offering May 5th if I couldn’t wait until May 1st. I explained I was already in pain and had waited patiently for a week, but the only solution they could offer was to visit a clinic for painkillers. Honestly, I exp
