    Good general hospital in Denpasar. Their Emergency Room is helpful. Building is quite old, map is confusing, parking also confusing for first time. Overall it is recommended.

    Although there are some nurses and administrative officers who are not friendly, there are many more who are friendly, polite and kind. The facilities are quite complete, quite a lot of doctors. Patient queues are not crowded, sometimes quiet. Unlike in the Mangusada Hospital, the queue was often crowded and had to wait up to three hours if it did not arrive early in the morning. Queue management and administration are also more nimble. It's just that there needs to be a building renewal. There needs to be additional area for patients and their families to sit in each poly. For example in X-ray waiting rooms, patients and families have to sit on the floor, or stand for long periods. The design of this hospital building looks old and unattractive. There are several corners of the building that look scary.

    I was bitten by a stray cat and came here for a rabies vaccine, but they were out of stock. The doctors and receptionists were super kind — they helped me find a public healthcare place in Ubud (since you can only get the free rabies vaccine in the district where you were bitten) and called to double-check the stock. As a foreigner, this really meant a lot. Thank you so much!
