    If you need to take MCU, I reccomend you to take it here. Fast and clear instructions from the nurse & doctors, I was also helped by Nurfidalia at the beginning of registration. Overall great MCU experience. They also have cafe & lawson here.

    I love the hospital vibe, health services, and facilities. Doctors and nurses are all nice, but the admin process ruins everything (it always takes hours, frustrating!). This happens to both inpatient and outpatient administration, as I’ve experienced both from my countless doctor visits and 2x opname. To the Eka Hospital Cibubur management, please fix the front desk & admin process, as your hospital quality is actually promising. Also, please do frequent check for toilet cleanliness.

    I underwent a laparoscopic procedure last week with Dr. Vivy and Dr. Yusuf, and I am very satisfied with the care I received. Both doctors, along with the entire medical team, demonstrated a high level of professionalism and genuine attention to detail throughout my treatment. The hospital facilities were excellent, providing a comfortable and well-maintained environment, and the location is also very convenient. Overall, I had a very positive experience and would highly recommend this hospital. 5 out of 5 stars.

It was indeed a very challenging situation, and we deeply appreciate the dedication and professionalism demonstrated by her medical team, especially Dr. Muhamad Reza Prabowo, whose expertise, care, and patience were truly commendable.
