    I recently stayed at Mayapada Hospital for inpatient care. Overall, the nurses and staff were kind and polite, and I appreciate their friendliness. However, the service sometimes felt rushed and less attentive when handling patients. It would be better if staff could be more careful, responsive, and not appear hurried. The doctor’s visits were also quite limited and often replaced by the on-duty doctor. Room facilities and maintenance should be improved and prepared properly before admitting patients. Overall, while the staff are kind, service quality and responsiveness still need improvement for a better patient experience.

    I was treated for 6 days 5 nights in this hospital. The service is great, all staffs are really friendly and helpful. The doctor also gives a clear explanation about the cause and what to do. Shout out to dr. Aru Ariadno and nurse Widya.

    A hospital with 5-star hotel service! From the moment I entered the ER, I was treated quickly and very well. The nurses were really SKILLED in inserting the IV needle, just one puncture right into the vein, and until the end of the treatment I didn't feel the IV at all.... because the fluid flowed smoothly directly into the vein. The room service was excellent, there was a room service team that really prioritized and paid attention to patient comfort. In addition to the nursing team who were also agile and reliable, friendly and very patient in caring for patients. The doctors were beyond doubt, from the ER doctor, ward doctor and specialist doctor, all of them were the BEST! And last but not least, the food. The food during the treatment was really freshly prepared and still warm until it reached the patient's room. During my treatment, in 2 days I got different menus for morning-noon-evening.....ALL OF THEM WAS DELICIOUS! I highly recommend Mayapada Hospital Lebak Bulus as a choice
