  This was my first time visiting this hospital to have my eyes checked. I had a consultation with Dr. Retno, Sp.M, using BPJS insurance. All the staff, nurses, and security officers were very helpful. Even though they were wearing masks, I could still see that they were serving patients with smiles. I met Dr. Retno, and she carefully examined my eye condition. She also gave me some advice and prescribed medication. I really appreciated her professionalism and kindness. If I may give a suggestion, it would be about the nursing uniform. For non-hijab nurses, perhaps they could wear an inner layer or additional coverage under the uniform. I noticed that a nurse in the eye clinic (OPD) was giving education to a patient’s family while slightly bending down, and the V-neck design made her feel less fully covered. Overall, I had a good experience and felt well taken care of.

  One of the best hospitals on Jalan Margonda Raya, Depok City. The registration system can be done online as well as on-the-spot registration serving private insurance and general insurance patients. Has several general practitioners, dentists, specialists, MCU and physiotherapy. Equipped with facilities of 2 lifts and stairs to make it easier for access to move floors. The registration system, payment in one place and the need for queues for cashiers and pharmacies make the service a little longer (too slow and making patience walk to the one place to another in bad shape condition😮‍💨 The parking area is spacious, canteen was clean with various food and snack, the emergency room is in front, the toilets and inside are clean.

  This hospital is very complete, the doctors nurses and crews are nice and professional. The price are higher but you get better treatment. There are restaurant/cafe and convenient store inside hospital. Waiting room are large. Parking space are large, if you need shade you can park on basement.

  Good service of this hospital, the doctor have good and best experience especially analysis and diagnose of their patient **my review @2020 | Good service of this hospital professional doctor that diagnose was valid and good services each nurses (polite, friendly, good attitude and nice smile) at this time on best room because I've both my child have hospitalization. Me and my wife have good a rest also have 2 extrabed for us. once again thanks Mitra Keluarga*** my review at December 25th 2024
