  My experience with both treatment and hospitalization at Primaya Hospital Depok was very satisfying. What impressed me the most was that all patients receive the same level of care and attention, regardless of whether they pay privately, use insurance, or are covered by BPJS. The medical staff were professional, attentive, and treated patients with respect and compassion. The only area that needs improvement is the pharmacy queue and medication readiness system. Even for non-compounded medications, the waiting time can take around 3 hours or more before the medicine is ready for pickup. This was the most time consuming part of an otherwise excellent experience. If the pharmacy waiting process could be streamlined and made faster, I am confident Primaya Depok would easily earn a perfect 5-star rating. Overall, the quality of care, service, and patient experience was truly outstanding. Highly recommended! 🌟

  I’ve visited Primaya Hospital Depok several times for consultations for my mother, father, and daughters, and our experience has always been excellent. The doctors are truly amazing! very thorough, clear in their explanations, and they always make sure we fully understand and feel satisfied with the consultation. I’ve also done lab tests here, and the results came out very quickly. The radiology department is great as well. Overall, everything has been really good. Highly recommended!
