  Dr. Kristiyan was incredibly kind and attentive. He listened carefully, answered all my questions, and made me feel at ease throughout my visit. I’ve never felt more comfortable discussing my health concerns, and also from the receptionist to the nurse, especially Nurse Titin was welcoming and professional. The clinic is clean, modern, and well-managed. I always feel valued and cared for here. Highly recommend!

  My father was just admitted here for inpatient care (in HCU and Isolation ward). Been a long registered here with BPJS. So far, the service was good enough, following SOP and deliver great attitude. But, they have to develop further the ER system here. Triage has been done, but immediate treatment seemed a little slow due to the flocked up patients. Perhaps needed more healthcare workers and development of facilities because this hospital will be growing P.S: Kudos to HCU and Isolation Ward Team (5th Floor) for keeping our spirits high in taking care the patient

  Overall, this hospital needs significant improvement, especially in terms of digitalization. A tip for other patients: even if you have a digital referral on the Mobile JKN app, make sure to bring the physical referral letter as the digital system here is not yet integrated. I also had a disappointing experience with drg. Sigit Supartono, Sp.BM. He was neither friendly nor professional, in fact, he was rude and kept snapping at patients. Honestly, if I'd read the reviews earlier, I would've taken my referral elsewhere

  UNDER renovation while I visited today. Overall seemed adequate for Depok residents. A bit mess in the lobby area that need to be taking care of. But spacious in medical ward especially in third class. Should be a standard space for other hospitals'. Still there are plenty rooms for improvement here and there.
