From registration to receiving the prescribed medication, the entire process was impressively efficient—completed in approximately 39 minutes. The services provided by the registration staff, nurses, doctor, cashier, and pharmacy team were excellent. Each step was handled with professionalism and care, and I truly felt well-attended throughout my visit. It was a pleasant experience, and I appreciate the warm and responsive service. To further enhance the patient experience and align with high healthcare standards, I would suggest considering the implementation of simple technology improvements. These could include patient wristbands with barcodes and real-time display screens for queue status updates across registration, consultation, cashier, and pharmacy stations.     Some of the nurses r so unfriendly. They really look down on BPJS patients. I feel like my doctor is judging me too, probably bcs of BPJS, eventho I pay for it. Maybe it's a national problem. :/

    Good hospital, 24/7 ER, near exit toll Kukusan, easy to find, located on a main and busy road, spacious parking space, fast response ER. BPJS welcome, pretty complete doctors, from general doctors to specialist.

    Just exit the toll and you arrived by turn left a couple block, quite big hospital with many facilities to help sick people to become healthy. Parking spot, ATM inside, 24 hour ICU, next to gas station if you want to fill the tank. Accept healthcare public-private insurance also manageable information and easy to get, stat fit.
