  I was shocked when I paid for a health certificate of Rp. 190,000 without being told what would be checked. I thought there were a lot of checks, but it turned out to be very basic + many of the equipment were broken. So I doubted the results. is it worth 190,000 to check height and weight, temperature & blood pressure?

  You know what..they've really been improving! Even though it's an old building, it's much cleaner now. Maybe not every spot is perfect yet, but the inpatient rooms—both Class II and Class IV (I experienced both in the same year) were much better than before. Kudos to the service! I used BPJS here and had no issues at all. The security staff and nurses were polite and very helpful. Of course, there are still some minor downsides, like the shower—it's not great (please consider replacing it... they're only 30k on Shopee for a sus304🥲). But overall, it's a small issue compared to the improvements I've seen

  They dont even deserve 1 star. The process are so complicated and took very long time Staffs arent friendly at all They do their job with the slow motion movement like slots. Oh cmon guys you are working for Hospital not for Hotel. Even Hotel has better service than you. Besides, all the facilites are so bad You better improve all the segments. Thanks
