    Well, it's kind of hard to rate hospital... Cause no matter how cozy it is, I prefer not to go there... Athough not a big hospital, this hospital is quite recommended for its friendly service 👍 keep up the good work 👏

    Based on my experience being hospitalized along 2 days using BPJS, I'd like to rate it in several section: ☆☆☆☆ Cleanliness ☆☆☆ Professionalism ☆☆☆ Security ☆☆ Speed of Service ☆☆ Hospitality Overall, it scales 2.8 out of 5 stars. My suggestion: 1. Hospitality train for the nurses and pharmacists 2. High accuracy and attentiveness to the speed and detail of services 3. Patience to answer in detail to every patient's questions / need 4. Doesn't discriminate any shape of treatment between BPJS Patients with General Patients

    Not impressed at all. Not only was the place was full of bpjs patients the "doctor" was very old - 72yo she said. When we finally got to meet her, the check up was done on very very old techology. I started questioning the integrity of the hospital and doctor. The usg was done but it wasnt even clear! I told her she can keep the photo and went to the cashier and chemist. An hour and 300rb later we went home and relaxed. That night my wife told me she had a sore stomach bcos the doctor pushed the usg scanner in too hard and made a bruise (innalillahi..) but said the baby shud be ok iA. Never again!! 0 stars.

    Spend 6 hours only to go to the SpRM. Called the frontline she said if I wanna go to the SpRM need to be in the hospital at 3 pm. And the doctor only arrived at 7.30 pm. Untill 8.30 pm there's nome of the patient being called into the doctor's room. I went in, asked when they will start, they said in a few mins. I further asked how long? And if they can't answer me with the exact time they will start, I will just take my documents back and will cancel the appointment. They refuse to give my docs back and they explain they need longer time to collect all the finger pritns. I said, I didn't do fingers, no one asked me to do finger when I registered. They asked, are u using BPJS? I said no, I use private insurance. Then they let me in. The doctor even didn't explain the diagnosis to me until I asked.
