    The process to see the doctor was efficient. I created an appointment through the app, chose doctor and time, then came to the hospital. They have self-check in which also cut down the wait time. The doctor I saw was attentive and respectful, and the nurse and staff were friendly. The hospital was clean, brightly lit, and well furnished. I have been to three siloam hospitals and have liked my experience with all of them. 11/08/25

    It took me 1.5 hour waiting for my doctor while I arrived on time as my scheduled appointment, with a reason the doctor has another appointment. And then I need to wait for another 1 hour to get to my treatment. I arrived at 9.30 and until 12.46 still not done. I ended up hungry and if I didn’t complain, I wouldn’t know that they don’t have enough machine. So I need to wait for another 30 minutes which I can’t trust anymore since 30 minutes mean 60 minutes here in this hospital system. You have bad system that you need to improve. You need to respect your patient’s time. It’s even makes me more furious that Indonesians don’t have many options to get better medical treatment that appreciate their patients time.

    My go to hospital due to its good service, quality, and location. With fast response team, good flow, and professional service. Had my blood taken by the plebotomist name Farah and Nala very comfortable, quick lab result from dr. Petty SpPK and team, and an insightful consultation with dr. Sinarta SpPD. Keep up the good work SHTB 👍😁
