  Holidaying on Gili Air with friends, I slipped on a wet floor and landed on a concrete step, breaking 3 ribs and fracturing my L1. Gili Air clinic came quickly, stabilised me, gave me pain meds and organised my transport to Mataram’s Siloam hospital. They were professional, kind and responsive (unlike my insurance company) and I would like to thank them for the wonderful care they provided to me.

  I don’t have words to thank the clinic team enough! I was feeling very unwell with food poisoning, and they came to pick me up at my hostel, took me to the hospital, ran blood tests, and sent me all the medications I needed to take. They also organized everything with my health insurance, so I didn’t have to worry about anything. Thank you a thousand times 🙏🏼

  I went in for medications I couldn't find on the island. I asked for a doctor to look at a small wound on my foot. He was kind enough to advise against a procedure as it would make things worse. I appreciate the honesty and not just pushing more expensive procedures.

  Came in for scooter accident aftercare and they were so kind. Answered all my questions so patiently and checked in on my wounds periodically without extra fee. Arif is amazing!!!
