  This pharmacy clearly abuses the fact that it’s one of the only options on the island. Prices are way higher than normal, to a level that feels exploitative, especially when customers are sick and have no real alternative. What made it worse is the lack of transparency. I ordered a delivery, and at no point was the price mentioned or confirmed. Only at the very end did they suddenly put the payment terminal in front of me. At that moment, you’re already sick, exhausted, and you need the medication, so you’re basically forced to pay whatever they decide to charge. They overcharge, knowing there is no other option on the island. This is a clear abuse of their position and a scam-like practice that preys on people when they are most vulnerable.

  The service was awesome. I've got sick while I'm doing my holiday in Gili T which sad. But luckily they are treat me so well and they come so fast everytime i need them.

  Really kind staff, fast treatment, and a clean clinic. I felt safe and well cared for at GMS. Highly recommended if you need medical help on the island.
