  I want to leave my comments because people who work in this medical center, deserve it all. I was in vacation in Bali when I started feeling sick, but when I moved to Gili it got even worse. The immediate support I received from those doctors, and the caring and kindness and patience towards me, it’s something I’ve never experienced even in Italy. A huge thank to these people and hard workers who indeed really love their job, but first, really love humans. Thanks to them I felt better the day after the treatment and I was able to continue my vacation with piece of mind.

  I’m truly grateful to Dr. San. I was suffering from acute gastroenteritis, and he kindly visited in person to give me IV treatment while strictly following infection control measures. He also checked my condition regularly, which helped me recover much faster. On top of that, he quickly prepared all the documents I needed for my Korean insurance claim, so I was able to submit it without any delay.
