  Do not agree to treatment before confirming cost. My daughter who was on holiday with her friends consulted this clinic with nausea ( she vomited 3 times) was given a treatment of oral medication and an iv drip, suggested by the Dr. No estimated charges were disclosed before treatment and the staff suggested she be given the iv in her hotel room which was next to the clinic. Post treatment, she was given an invoice for 7 million + Rupiah! I scrutinized the invoice in detail and noticed there was a charge for “ medical observation “ of 3 million Rupiah above charges for consultation, medication, iv and medical supplies used. When questioned, the clinic staff could not provide a detailed explanation of what constituted as medical observation. After much negotiations, the clinic informed me that the charges are higher for foreigners, hence the exorbitant amount . I insisted they remove the charge for medical observation, which they finally did and my daughter paid the remaining 4 milli

  some stupid people say that treatment here is expensive, let me explain, you get comprehensive treatment, even you are assisted in defecating, you are handled by registered, professional, and experienced doctors and nurses. sometimes some people want to be used by certain people to give reviews to other people's businesses and damage their reputation. myself feel extraordinary hospitality and have significant progress after coming for treatment. thank you team.
